Remove all energy counters from target non-hero permanent an opponent controls. Create that many Gold tokens.

Rulings

From the Compendium of Rathe release notes
  • When playing High Current Currency, you must target a non-hero permanent your opponent controls. When High Current Currency resolves, you will remove all energy counters from that targeted object. Then you will create a number of Gold tokens equal to the number of energy counters you removed.
  • If no energy counters are removed, you do not create any Gold tokens.
