Rockyard Rodeo’s ability is functional at all times, regardless of the visibility or zone. Its power is defined by its ability. Outside of the game its power is considered to be 0.

If you attack/defend with this, and you lose control of your weapon with the highest base , then its power will reflect the highest base among any remaining weapons you control. If you no longer control any weapons or if your weapon does not have a power property, Rockyard Rodeo’s base power will be 0.
