Smoldering Steel (Red)

When playing Smoldering Steel, you must target a dagger attack. When Smoldering Steel resolves, that dagger attack will get +1 and will get a triggered ability that triggers when the dagger attack hits a hero. When that triggered effect resolves, you will deal 1 damage to that hero.

Smoldering Steel’s second ability is functional only while it is in your graveyard and generates a replacement effect. If a single event would occur where 1 or more Frostbite tokens would be created under your control, you may banish Smoldering Steel instead.
