Art of the Phoenix: War (Red)

When Art of the Phoenix: War resolves, it generates a continuous effect that gives Draconic attack action cards you control +1 for the remainder of the turn. This will apply to any attacking or defending attack action cards currently on the combat chain as well as one that come under your control later in the turn. Additionally, you will draw 2 cards.

When resolving Art of the Phoenix: War, there is no priority between any of the effects generated (e.g. draconic attack action cards getting +1, drawing cards)
