Sizzling Steel (Red)

When Sizzling Steel resolves, the targeted dagger attack will get +3; however, if you control 2 or more Draconic chain links, you will instead get +4. If you control 2 or more Draconic chain links only after this has already resolved, you will not retroactively gain the increase in power nor will you deal additional damage.

If the combat chain is open, you are still considered to control a (Draconic) chain link, even if the attack is no longer on the combat chain. Last Known Information is used to determine the type of a chain link.
