From the Usurp the Shadow Throne release notes
- This card will generate a continuous effect that will apply +4/3/2
to your next attack this turn regardless of the outcome of the preceding reveal instruction. - If you do not have any cards left in your deck, the instruction to reveal will fail and this card will not get overpower.
- If the revealed card has 6 or more base
, it will stay in place, and is not affected by ‘put’ replacement effects (e.g. Topsy Turvy). - If the revealed card does not have 6 or more base
, or does not have the
property, it must be put on the bottom of your deck. If you have no other cards left in your deck, you will put it back in the deck zone as the only card. - The revealed card must have a base
of 6 or more to meet the condition. Effects that give bonuses to
for cards you own, but do not affect the base power (e.g. Kayo, Armed and Dangerous) will not affect how this condition is evaluated. - If the revealed card has a
value of , the current value of is evaluated at the time of resolution of this ability. For example, if you reveal Blasmophet’s Boon and you currently control a Blasmophet, the Insatiable Hunger, a base
of 6 is used.
Keyword notes
Overpower - The defending hero can’t defend this with more than one action card.
- Overpower is a static ability that generates a continuous effect.
- A player can not declare more than one defending action card against an attack with overpower.
- Overpower does not prevent additional action cards being added as defending cards through effects (e.g. Amulet of Havencall).
Go again - Go again allows multiple actions to be played in a turn when usually playing an action with use up your action point, and therefore end your turn. A card with go again gives the controller of that card or activated ability 1 action point when it resolves.
- When an action with go again resolves, its controller gains 1 action point.
- Multiple instances of go again on the same card or activated ability do not stack. If a card or activated ability has multiple instances of go again when it resolves its controller gains 1 action point only.
- If an action with go again does not resolve, its controller does not gain 1 action point.
- You cannot reveal a card with no
to Belittle. The card must have a value to its power that is 3 or less. (0 is a value)
