From the Compendium of Rathe release notes
- Lunar Mirage’s first ability triggers when an attack action card with 6 or more
is added as a defending card to its chain link. When the triggered effect resolves, Lunar Mirage will become a copy of that defending card. - If multiple attack action cards with 6 or more
are added as defending cards against Lunar Mirage at the same time, Lunar Mirage’s will trigger once for each of those cards. When adding multiple of these triggered effects from Lunar to the stack, the controller of Lunar Mirage will choose which order they will go onto the stack and resolve. In this case, the Lunar Mirage attack will ultimately end up as a copy of the last triggered effect resolved. - Lunar Mirage’s first ability is an event-based triggering condition. Even if the defending attack action card with 6 or more
that triggered Lunar Mirage’s first ability is removed from the combat chain before the triggered effect resolves, Lunar Mirage will still become a copy of that card as last known information is used. - If a Lunar Mirage becomes a copy of a defending non-illusionist attack action card with 6 or more
and phantasm (e.g. Embermaw Cenapai (red) with no classes or talents supertypes), phantasm will trigger in this situation. This is because the phantasm ability’s state-based triggering condition is met when the Lunar Mirage object becomes a copy of the defending attack action card with 6 or more
.
Keyword notes
Go again - Go again allows multiple actions to be played in a turn when usually playing an action with use up your action point, and therefore end your turn. A card with go again gives the controller of that card or activated ability 1 action point when it resolves.
- When an action with go again resolves, its controller gains 1 action point.
- Multiple instances of go again on the same card or activated ability do not stack. If a card or activated ability has multiple instances of go again when it resolves its controller gains 1 action point only.
- If an action with go again does not resolve, its controller does not gain 1 action point.
- You cannot reveal a card with no
to Belittle. The card must have a value to its power that is 3 or less. (0 is a value)
Mirage - When this is defending a non-Illusionist attack with 6 or more {p}, destroy this.
- Mirage is a triggered-ability keyword.
- Mirage’s trigger condition looks at the state of the game. The condition must be true at the time it triggers for the trigger layer to be put on the stack AND it must be true at the time the triggered-layer resolves for it to resolve successfully. I.e. as long as it is still defending a non-illusionist attack with 6 or more power at the time the trigger resolves, it will be destroyed.
