From the Monarch release notes
- Galaxxi Black can only gain at most +2 from its ability even if you have played multiple cards from your banished zone.
- The ability of Galaxxi Black is continuously checking if you have played a card from your banished zone. If you play a card from the banished zone after Galaxxi Black has attacked, it gains +2.
