By the Book (Blue)

An action card played as though it were an instant does not cost an action point and can be played whenever the player has priority, otherwise it is still considered to be an action card.

If a card with go again is played as though it were an instant, you will gain an action point from the go again when the card resolves if it is your turn. Otherwise, you do not.

By the Book’s second ability generates a continuous effect that prevents heroes from specifically drawing cards during action phases. This does not prevent players from drawing cards during the end phase, and it does not prevent players from putting cards into their hands from effects.

By the Book’s third ability triggers at the beginning for your action phase. You will destroy By the Book when the triggered effect resolves.
