Second Tenet of Chi: Tide (Blue)

Second Tenet of Chi: Tide will get +2 if you’ve transcended this turn, even after it becomes an attack on the combat chain. If you did not meet the condition when Second Tenet of Chi: Tide resolves and becomes an attack, but do so after it does, it gets the +2.

If Second Tenet of Chi: Tide gets +2 from its ability after the damage step of its chain link has passed, you will not retroactively deal that extra power as damage.
