Rulings

From the Crucible of War release notes
  • The green symbol on Reaping Blade is life.
  • This applies to all players, including the controller of Reaping Blade.
  • If player A is on 18 life and player B is on 17 life and tries to gain 3 life, they will gain the full 3 life even though it would put them above player A’s life.
  • Players can still play cards and effects that gain life however life would not be gained if they have more life than any other hero.
