Whether you’ve played a Lightning card this turn is constantly checked while Star Fall is in the arena.
If you haven’t played any Lightning cards this turn, then play a Lightning card (e.g. instant) before damage is dealt, this will have +1 during damage calculation.
You don’t retroactively deal extra damage if you’ve passed the Damage step (i.e. damage calculation) without playing a Lightning card, and then proceed to play a Lightning card.
Go again is checked at the beginning of the Link step. If you haven’t played any Lightning cards this turn, then play a Lightning card (e.g. instant) during the attack’s resolution step (i.e. after damage is dealt, but before playing another attack), you will gain an action point from go again during the link step.
You don’t retroactively get an action point from go again if you’ve passed the Link step without playing a Lightning card, and then proceed to play a Lightning card. (e.g. after you’ve played another attack, closed the combat chain etc.)

Keyword notes

Go again - Go again allows multiple actions to be played in a turn when usually playing an action with use up your action point, and therefore end your turn. A card with go again gives the controller of that card or activated ability 1 action point when it resolves.

When an action with go again resolves, its controller gains 1 action point.
Multiple instances of go again on the same card or activated ability do not stack. If a card or activated ability has multiple instances of go again when it resolves its controller gains 1 action point only.
If an action with go again does not resolve, its controller does not gain 1 action point.
You cannot reveal a card with no to Belittle. The card must have a value to its power that is 3 or less. (0 is a value)
