From the Rosetta + 1st Strike release notes
- The value of X is determined when Count Your Blessings resolves on the stack, not when it is played.
- While resolving Count Your Blessings, the card itself is not yet in the graveyard, and will not count towards the number of Count Your Blessings in your graveyard. It will only be moved to the graveyard after you gain from its effect and the card finishes resolving.
