Colors of Aria (Red)

Colors of Aria only has the Earth, Ice and Lightning supertypes while it is face-up in any zone. This includes when it is pitched or banished from hand as it is made public and face-up before moving zones. This is important for abilities like bond (e.g. Earth Bond, Ice Bond, Lightning Bond) or conditional effects like those written on Lexi’s/Oldhim’s activated abilities or on cards like Elemental Strike.

Colors of Aria cannot be revealed if the reveal effect specifically requires you to reveal a specific type card. This is because Colors of Aria is still private and face-down before you perform the reveal effect and therefore will not have any of the supertypes. This is important as Colors of Aria cannot be used to pay for fusion additional costs (e.g. Lightning Fusion, etc.) nor for resolving Bravo, Star of the Show’s triggered effect.
