From the Omens of the Third Age release notes
- Arcanic Reproach’s first ability triggers the first time an opposing hero deals damage to you each turn (e.g. damage when hitting with an attack action card, weapon/ally attack they control, damage effect, etc.) This is an optional effect: you may choose to reveal a Lightning card from your hand when this triggered effect resolves. If you reveal a Lightning card from your hand this way, you will deal 1 arcane damage to that hero.
- If an opposing hero has already dealt damage to you this turn then you resolve Arcanic Reproach, you will not trigger its first ability if that opposing hero were to damage you again this turn. This is because that would be the second time you would’ve been dealt damage that turn.
- When resolving the triggered effect from Arcanic Reproach’s first ability, there is no priority between any of the effects generated (e.g. revealing a card, dealing arcane damage).
- In a multiplayer game, Arcane Reproach’s first ability will trigger the first time any opponent among all opponents deals damage to you each turn.
- Arcanic Reproach’s second ability triggers at the start of your action phase. You will choose and destroy an aura you control when the triggered effect resolves. You can choose to destroy Arcanic Reproach this way. If you control no other auras when resolving the triggered effect from Arcanic Reproach’s second ability, you will destroy it.
