From the Arcane Rising release notes
- Aether Flare does not have go again. The next card you play that benefits from this effect would require an action point or be played as an instant.
- If the next card you play does not have an effect that deals arcane damage, it will not gain this modifier however the next card played this turn that has an effect that deals arcane damage will still gain the bonus.
