From the Compendium of Rathe release notes
- Runeblade Robe instant-activated ability requires you to destroy it and a Runechant you control. After the activated ability resolves, you can apply its prevention effect to the next 1 arcane damage that would be dealt to you this turn.
- When paying Runebleed Robe’s cost, you can destroy an object with the name Runechant that you control.
- Paying Runebleed Robe’s activation cost means that you would no longer be able to use the Arcane Barrier ability on its card. For example, if you would be dealt 2 or more arcane damage in a single event, you cannot apply both Runebleed Robe’s Arcane Barrier prevention effect then the prevention effect from its activated ability to that same event.
- Runebleed Robe’s activated ability can be activated while it is defending.
