Reduce to Runechant (Blue)

Since defense reactions can’t defend in the defending window and must be played in the reaction window, you must pay Reduce to Runechant’s cost to play it.

The Runechant Reduce to Runechant creates is not counted when calculating the reduction.

Effects that increase cost are applied first, then effects that reduce costs. If a card increases the cost of Reduce to Runechant, if you control enough Runechants the cost of Reduce to Runechant can still be 0.
