From the Uprising release notes
- Phoenix Flame is considered a card, can be included in the deck, and counts towards the number of cards in that deck.
- In Uprising limited formats (sealed and draft), a player may include up to 3 Phoenix Flames in the card pool (and thus their deck) even if they did not pull them from a pack. A player can not add more than 3 Phoenix Flames to a limited format deck, even if they pulled more than 3 from their packs.
- In non-limited formats, the number of Phoenix Flames a player can add to their deck is determined by the format rules (e.g. 2 in blitz constructed and 3 in classic constructed).
- A draconic chain link you control is a chain link on the combat chain created by you playing an attack action card or activating an attack ability with the talent “draconic”.
- Phoenix Flame is considered a draconic chain link you control for the purposes of its own effect.
- If the combat chain is open, you are still considered to control a (draconic) chain link, even if the attack is no longer on the combat chain. Last Known Information is used to determine the type of a chain link.
Keyword notes
Go again - Go again allows multiple actions to be played in a turn when usually playing an action with use up your action point, and therefore end your turn. A card with go again gives the controller of that card or activated ability 1 action point when it resolves.
- When an action with go again resolves, its controller gains 1 action point.
- Multiple instances of go again on the same card or activated ability do not stack. If a card or activated ability has multiple instances of go again when it resolves its controller gains 1 action point only.
- If an action with go again does not resolve, its controller does not gain 1 action point.
- You cannot reveal a card with no
to Belittle. The card must have a value to its power that is 3 or less. (0 is a value)
