From the Compendium of Rathe release notes
- When Phoenix Bannerman: Chest resolves, you will search your deck for a card named Phoenix Flame, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle. Then, you will create a Vigor token.
- When searching your deck for a Phoenix Flame, you can fail to find a Phoenix Flame even if you still have one in your deck. Nothing is revealed nor put in your hand; however, you will still shuffle your deck afterwards and you will still create a Vigor token.
- When resolving Phoenix Bannerman: Chest, there is no priority between any of the effects generated (e.g. searching, revealing, putting it into your hand, shuffling, creating a token).
