- When Display of Craftsmanship resolves, the targeted weapon attack gets the + increase. If that attack’s weapon was sharpened this turn before the Display of Craftsmanship resolves, you will put a +1 counter on it. If you sharpen that weapon after Display of Craftsmanship resolves, it will not get the +1 counter retroactively.
