Rulings

From the Omens of the Third Age release notes

Astral Strike triggers when it resolves on the stack and becomes an attacking card on the combat chain. This is a triggered effect with modal abilities: whether or not you’ve destroyed a Lightning Flow this turn is checked when adding the triggered effect to the stack. If you have destroyed a Lightning Flow, you will choose one of the modes. If you did not, you do not choose a mode and the triggered effect is not added to the stack. When this triggered effect resolves, you will generate the effect from your chosen mode.
If you destroy a Lightning Flow for the first time this turn after the triggered effect has been added to the stack, you do not retroactively choose a mode.
Destroying your opponent’s Lightning Flow token will satisfy the if-condition and will allow you to select a mode.
You will only choose 1 mode regardless of how many Lightning Flow tokens you have destroyed this turn.

Keyword notes

Go again - Go again allows multiple actions to be played in a turn when usually playing an action with use up your action point, and therefore end your turn. A card with go again gives the controller of that card or activated ability 1 action point when it resolves.

When an action with go again resolves, its controller gains 1 action point.
Multiple instances of go again on the same card or activated ability do not stack. If a card or activated ability has multiple instances of go again when it resolves its controller gains 1 action point only.
If an action with go again does not resolve, its controller does not gain 1 action point.
You cannot reveal a card with no to Belittle. The card must have a value to its power that is 3 or less. (0 is a value)
