Stormwhirl (Blue)

If you play this card using its alternative cost, its resource cost to play is set to 0 and then any effects that increase and then decrease resource costs are applied. E.g. if you have a Frostbite, you would still have to pay to play this card in addition to destroying a Lightning Flow you control.

When you play Stormwhirl, you must target a Lightning attack (e.g. weapon attack, attack action card, etc.) on the combat chain or on the stack. When Stormwhirl resolves, that targeted attack gets go again.

When declaring a target attack for Stormwhirl, you can target an opponent’s Lightning attack.
