From the Compendium of Rathe release notes
- When activating Scuttle Toes’s activated ability, you must target an ally you control. When Scuttle Toes’ activated ability resolves, you will untap that targeted ally. It will also generate a delayed triggered effect that triggers at the beginning of the end phase. You will destroy that ally when that triggered effect resolves.
- Neither player receives priority during the end phase of a turn.
- When resolving Scuttle Toes’ activated ability, if the targeted ally is already untapped, the untap effect will fail. You will still destroy that ally at the beginning of the end phase.
