From the Usurp the Shadow Throne release notes
- When Planar Chaos resolves, it will create a Gate to i’Arathael token and generate a continuous effect that applies to the next Gate of i’Arathael token you activate, allowing it to target an action card with blood debt in any banished zone, not just your own.
- You may still choose to target action cards with blood debt in your banished zone after resolving Planar Chaos.
- Action cards that are played from another player’s banished zone in this way are not considered to have been played from your banished zone for the purpose of abilities and effects. For example, playing Shadowrealm Harvester from your opponent’s banished zone would not fulfil its conditional effect to give itself +1
and overpower. - Being able to play a card from another player’s banished zone does not make any play-static abilities that refer to ‘you’ being able to play them functional. For example, targeting Cull with a Gate to i’Arathael token in your opponent’s banished zone does not allow you to play it as though it were an instant.
Keyword notes
Go again - Go again allows multiple actions to be played in a turn when usually playing an action with use up your action point, and therefore end your turn. A card with go again gives the controller of that card or activated ability 1 action point when it resolves.
- When an action with go again resolves, its controller gains 1 action point.
- Multiple instances of go again on the same card or activated ability do not stack. If a card or activated ability has multiple instances of go again when it resolves its controller gains 1 action point only.
- If an action with go again does not resolve, its controller does not gain 1 action point.
- You cannot reveal a card with no
to Belittle. The card must have a value to its power that is 3 or less. (0 is a value)
